Dreamy pastel purple will take you to Cloud 9! This cool-toned lilac shade will show up the best on pre-bleached, platinum hair, and generally won't take to hair any darker than light blonde. We recommend that you leave a pastel shade in for at least 60 minutes for a brighter, longer lasting color. Dreamy will often fade to become a beautiful silver.
